84 Precinct Council Meeting, Tue, May 20
May 19th, 2008
The 84 Precinct Community Council meeting will be held tomorrow (Tuesday, May 20, 7pm) in Boerum Hill Brooklyn at Baptist Temple 360 Schermerhorn St. The NYPD Civil Enforcement Unit will be presenting along with Cop of the Month Award, Transit Police Report, and Precinct Crime Report Action and Results.
Transportation will be provided by the police department to and from the meeting. Call community affairs 718-875-6850 to arrange transportation. The 84th Precinct covers these residential areas: Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo, Boerum Hill, Vinegar Hill and the Farragut Residences.

Does anyone know if the shots fired outside of 99 Gold Street on Saturday night - around 1am - hit anyone? I am not complaining anymore as I don’t want to encounter the wrath of my fellow webizens…just curious if these guys ever hit anything?

I would encourage you, JLO, to attend the 84th precinct meeting tomorrow to ask this very question. And I would also ask you to organize with your fellow tenants at 99 Gold to voice any fears or crime reports to Captain Abel and Councilman Yassky in numbers.

Dumbo is ravaged by broken car windows! It appears that SUV’s are broken into every night

Anyone else have their Vespa ripped off? Mine got nabbed sometime late Monday night/early Tusday morning from Water and Main.
I must note that the officer who helped me out and did the paperwork could not have been nicer.
