		<description>As long as all the stakeholders play nice and keep foremost the interests of neighborhood diversity, the effort will be a worthy one. The antiquated manufacturing zoning must be changed if the area is to continue to evolve--especially during the difficult economic times ahead.</description>

		<description>Developing the area would be great. Put new buildings in the empty lots and re-use the old manufacturing buildings. I just hope there will still be room for small companies and artist studios.</description>
