Can’t you people PLEASE stay on topic. There are MANY other threads where you can continue complaining about the Peas & Pickles panhandlers. (To be frank, your intrusions into every thread are often as bothersome as the panhandlers you deride! Enough!)

A new beggar has set up shop in front of peas and pickles. His name is sweepy and he sweeps the same spot on the side walk over and over again. He stops sweeping when people walk by and he just sticks his hand out. I think it’s time for sweepy, cracky, limpy and smokey to go.
