I almost bought in 79 Bridge (before I eventually moved to 1 Main). It has really high ceilings and is decent value with the low maintenance. $900/sqft seems pretty fair.

Thanks for sharing the Eagle Warehouse listing. I have always been curious as to the layout and how they look inside, especially as from the outside they seem to have limited windows. It looks like a nice space!

Ummm….because One Main is a far superior buliding on the waterfront in prime Dumbo? Because 79 Bridge is in Vinegar Hill? Near the PJs? Could it be that?
