Nate’s Pharmacy Opening Soon in Vinegar Hill

Looks like the much needed pharmacy, Nate’s Pharmacy is set to open in Vinegar Hill on Gold Street (a few doors down from 99 Gold Street). Signs were in place this weekend.

Who would rob it? Smokey and Crackey get all the money they want from robbing pedestrians along Front St, not sure why they’d bother to go retail..

There are some serious ‘Debbie Downers’ on this site. Can someone please make comments that actually relate to the topic.
I am going to walk by and check out the space to see how it looks.
You guys above need to stick to your ‘dumbo watch’ thread for the ‘cracky’ stuff cause this site is really getting ‘old’ with the same chatter over and over….

Regarding the new Nate’s; Any time a new retailer opens up its always good for a nab. Business people don’t invest to lose. Just think back a few years when nothing was in dumbo… Also I believe Nate’s has a few stores around Brooklyn and Staten Island…I wish them much success…

Busine owners don't have too many options today when it comes to the urban area. Opening the pharmacy there was a logic choice taking in consideration the more expensive alternatives in the area.
