You can understand how I could easily be confused. Given the general atmosphere of the neighborhood – you could see how I mistook him for a troubled (with drugs at least) individual.

Yo Johnny V.H.! The guy you are talking about lives at the truck lot on Gold Street and keeps an eye on the property. He sweeps up the litter and tends to the plants.
He has a mental illness, he is NOT on drugs. He holds himself out as a monk.
Anyone else you guys see who you want to label as a druggie/problem?

Has anyone seen the buddhist crack/smack head on the corner of Gold/Front? He is one funky looking bastard. I think he is a heroin attic givin his general dirtyness and his apparent lack of self awarness(I have seen him sitting on the curb mumbling). Crackheads I find seem to have a little more get up and go – also they have that crazy shakey thing going on. Just curious if anyone has observed the same?
