    I'd like to see some interior shots. I've never been inside 31 Washington. I love raw space but I don't know what I'd do with 5k sq ft. Basketball court?

    Exactly, BkRn. Im sure this loft is a prize, but there quite a few other trophies at that price-point.

    That being said, for what it is; 31 Wash is pretty special.

    you could buy the friggin pfizer mansion over in fort greene or [insert name here] mansion in clinton hill for much less than that. heck, you could prob even get a nice loft in tribeca or soho for similar cash.

    thats 2 monster lofts available now in DUMBO. This one, and the other 2500 sqft combo at 50 Bridge.

    Good stuff, although 4.25m is a lot of coin. Even for 5000sqft. You can look at a lot of prime real estate for that money.

    Nice apt, but who will keep the tenants safe? We now have 11 out of our target 30 member list. I don't know if anyone noticed, but there was a police van outside of P&P last night, and not one to be seen on Front St.

    Hopefully it stays that way.

    I know this loft very well. No need for photos because there is not much to see. It is all very raw open space. No fixtures, etc. worth saving. Its all the location and the sq. footage.
