J Condo Video Walkthrough

Above is the YouTube video from Century 21 of J Condo starring Kelly Kreth, publicist for Century 21 NY Metro. There are a few too many filler footage, but the video has a few good shots of the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit that is renting for $6350 per month designed by Christopher Coleman Design (55 Washington Street, Dumbo, ccinteriordesign.com).

    i live in j condo. i love it but this video is just embarrasing. and the garish design on the apartment featured hurt my eyes. it actually looked a lot like the children’s playroom. (though i liked the children’s playroom better that that awful, all over the map apartment design). if they would have sat in the lobby or media room and shown a different apartment, IMO, would have represented the building’s sophisticated feel. now jcondo looks like a joke for everyone to laugh at on you tube. what a shame. if i didn’t live here and i saw this video. i’d never look at anything in this building.
