The building will fund Brooklyn Bridge Park with revenue from the condos. Price per square foot is around $1000. Scheduled occupancy late 2007.

$1000 per square foot? seems high to me for this location at this point but maybe after the park is completed the prices will skyrocket. you can’t beat the river and lower manhattan views.
