Our (my wife Sara, the previous poster, and I) are the owners of the german shepherd and she has shown no signs of fear over returning and is constantly running and playing there. If she showed any fear or anxiety, we would never return with her. Any negative comment about the service or management must be posted by someone who has not used the day care or operates a competing organization. We have heard only positive remarks from people in who use the facilities. Also, the owner handled the situation in a professional manner. Both my wife and I have seen far worse incidents at other operations that were not handled in as professional a manner.
