Realize this is still a studio and while the office makes for a nice nursery, it has no windows and is not a bedroom. I agree that it's in line with other nyc real estate and offers a building with great amenities and an amazing neighborhood. just my 2 cents. For comparison, my friend is selling a true 1 brdm on the Upper East Side (no views, old building) and it's going for $850K. I would agree with Anon’s comment. It's certainly in-line with other prices over the past few months, but I think they are all steep. There is also 6K which is now on the market for $1.525MM for about 1500 sq ft. Pictures look like no one ever lived there. This unit was about $1.15 back in the day. I think it’s steep.
