Thousands Come See Boredoms’ 77BoaDrum

NY Times reviews the performance by the Boredoms from this past Saturday at the Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park in Dumbo. There were plenty of disappointed fans as they were turned away because the park was at capacity. There were unofficial reports that 4000 people were in line that snaked from the park over through Bridge Street.

The park and surrounding blocks were trashed after the show. Kudos to The Doe Fund folks who I assume were responsible for a majority of the clean up. Everything was nearly spotless the next day.
