Its a bit like riding the subway at rush hour, only darker. Its the only time of year the Dumbowhites, I'm sorry, I meant Dumboites, get to hobnob with the Farragut neighbors. Seriously though, that concrete slab they cleared south of the Fulton Landing will be the best spot if they let people in. I'm having the River Cafe prepare a light supper in a basket so I can spread my blanket at the water's edge.
