They filmed all last week as well, both on the corner of Plymouth and Bridge and in the building pictured. But that is not a new paint job - it has been like that for some years, a result of some needed waterproofing. The actors, most especially Philip Seymour Hoffman, have been very present - but their costumes are a bit frumpy, making them difficult to recognize.

the paint on the outside is a sealant as the bricks are pretty old and were starting to leak.

I saw a very tall older gentleman wandering around the set the other night. My friend claimed he’s an actor and was in that movie “what’s it called? you know, the one with the plot and…”

anyone else?
