Hi Adam,

Sidewalk reconstruction is a parallel improvement by the Gutmans, separate from our work with the DOT under the Mayor's "PlaNYC" initiative to transform and activate the Pearl Street Triangle as a pedestrian plaza.

Neat stuff, providing it's done well, of course. They seem to be on track so far. For those who like steam shovels and big trucks, it is quite the scene.
