133 Water Street Received Their TCO
May 16th, 2007

Not really new news, but 133 Water Street received their TCO on 4/23. As Brownstoner first reported on April 9, 07, the building converted from condo to a rental building, just like 99 Gold Street building. According to a cityfeet.com article, the building is 15% leased in the first week, with interest from many renters from Manhattan. The building has “52 rental studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. They range from $2,700 a month for a one-bedroom to $6,500 for an upper floor, three-bedroom apartment.” Rentals are being marketed by aptsandlofts.com. Some of the floor layouts are…interesting.
