
Brooklyn Arts Council’s 41st International Film and Video Festival
The festival runs from May 5 - 12, 2007 and screenings take place at the Brooklyn Museum, Pratt Institute, Long Island University’s Brooklyn Campus, and Sony Wonder Technology Lab.
There are three special categories this year: Pharaohs, Queens, and Goddesses, Celebrating global feminism and the opening of the Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum; Spotlight on Brooklyn Artists with a special screening at the Brooklyn Museum; and the Sixth Annual Women of African Descent Film Festival, at Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus, which is sponsored by the Brooklyn Chapter of the Links.
