While 99 Gold had a hard time selling and then decided to go rental, the neighboring Vinegar Hill building, The Vista, is 100% sold out (31 unit building). Closings were scheduled in March, but looks like the closings are still pending. Any contract owners know when the closings are going to happen?

I am a contract owner at the Vista, and have not heard a date for closings, but believe that it will be between mid-May and mid-July. As an aficionado of this site, I promise to share news as it comes in.

Looking forward to having some neighbors up North - we residents at 50 Bridge are lonely!
