There was a bidding war on the property and looks like they will accept one of the offers, after less than 1 week on the market. The 1753 sqft, 2bd, 2bath 12+ft ceiling loft is owned by the Noodle Yoga instructor and was used as the yoga studio. Great looking place and $1.399mil asking is about right for the space. There aren't anymore lofts in Dumbo that go less than $1.5million nowadays. Maint at $296/mo is super low. $491/mo taxes not bad. I went to the open house today at 31 Washington.
