Anyone know anything about the loft spaces in 31 Washington? I know they are work/live and only a few have been available in the last few years. I guess 133 Water is now the view from lofts on the back side of the building.

Anyone know what the construction is on Washington Street? Seems to be some sort of infastructure that is tearing up the street and sidewalk. Hopefully they replace the belgian blocks.

the construction workers told us that they are relocating some gas lines for the city so they can get to some other pipes they need to work on.

Hopefully the DUMBO Improvement District is all over this and will ensure the streets and sidewalks return to their previous state.

There is actually a unit on the market now at 31 washington. i believe there is an open house this sunday- the 20th. elliman is handling it.

I went to the open house today at 31 Washington. There was a bidding war on the property and looks like they will accept one of the offers, after less than 1 week on the market. The 1753 sqft, 2bd, 2bath 12+ft ceiling loft is owned by the Noodle Yoga instructor and was used as the yoga studio. Great looking place and $1.399mil asking is about right for the space. There aren’t anymore lofts in Dumbo that go less than $1.5million nowadays. Maint at $296/mo is super low. $491/mo taxes not bad.
