Steward/Stand Store Open on Front Street

April 1st, 2007

Stewart/Stand is a new store on Front Street between Jay and Bridge Street that officially opened today in Dumbo (right next to Pedro’s Restaurant). It’s a cool space (former garage space) that sells wallets, jewelry, letterpress cards, kitchen gadgets, and other home decor items by local artists and product designers. I chatted with co-owner Paul who is a big supporter of local designers and small businesses and hopes to offer their products at the store. Photos and more detailed description of the retail store coming soon. Did anyone else have a chance to visit them?
