what about the poor farmers who would have to stand there all day under the bridge. i agree with having a farmers market but would lobby for the space at the end of Main, in the corner between the parks.

I’d love to see a farmer’s market or C.S.A. there once in awhile. I could put up with the noise long enough to buy some produce & flowers.

YES IT WOULD BE WONDERFUL TO RELAX ON A PARK BENCH BELOW THE LOUDEST BRIDGE IN ALL OF NYC. WHAT? YOU DIDN’T HEAR ME?

A big open square with benches and a few trees would be awesome, especially if it could house outdoor farmers and or flea markets from time to time.

Is the current plan to make this green space? I wonder how that would work with the noise from the subway right above.
