There’s a rumor on Curbed that closings have started at the beacon. Is this true? I passed there this morning and there is in fact a doorman on duty in the lobby. Anyone able to confirm that people have started to move in?

I can’t confirm it, but I walked by the building on Friday night and it definitely looked like people had moved in. (I.E. I saw furnishings in apartments, lamps, etc.)

Yes, many people have already moved in closings started about 3 weeks ago.
