This is a great site. I’m planning to possibly relocate my small design business to DUMBO in the spring, so it’s helpful to have this site as a resource.

If anyone knows of commercial loft space that’s available (approx. 1000 sq ft) as well as residential rental opportunities (can also be loft – need not be fancy), please let me know.

85 Adams is a Boymelgreen property. That’s what’s going on there.

85 adams appears to be taking a while to be completed also. Construction started on that building way before J Condo, but the J appears to be ahead of 85 adams now. What’s going on there?

ok, that makes sense re psf. But 3 years? That’s a long time that the buyers have to wait…even if they purchased a year ago.

these condos have been under construction for at least 3 years and probably were all sold 3 years ago, hence the lower psf figures.

oops, I spoke too soon because the Brooklyn Bridge Realty listing says that the condo is in contract.
