I went to these events tonight and all were non-events. Foragers was empty save for a few scattered shoppers. No free goodies, no evidence of any discounts, nothing unusual.
I went to Shop Dumbo. I had to go hunting for it for some time as it was well-hidden on the 2nd floor of 147 Front. It was a pathetic affair. A whopping 3 or 4 artist/vendors each with a small rickety table of meager wares in a huge empty space flooded by painful florescent lights. No music, no festivities, no people.
Why bother to put on these events that are so poorly planned? It serves only to annoy the heck out of the people who brave the cold to go check them out.

No egg nog, no champagne as advertised? Sorry to hear that.

I stopped by Foragers & General Store last night and it turns out they postponed the event until next week 12/14 same times. unfortunately they didn’t get the word out about the postponement.
