Plate of the Day blog frequents Dumbo. They recently ate at Five Front, one of the few fine dining establishments in Dumbo, which brings up the question, “how fast is Dumbo is becoming gentrified?” However, Five Front has been there a long time, way before the current changes happening in the neighborhood.

Had the waffles there recently. Quite possibly the best waffles I’ve EVER tasted. Utterly unbelievable, I was left dribbling…well almost.
